It's urgent that you begin a prenatal vitamin tomorrow. Talk to the doctor about what to eat, he will tell you that you need folates and believe me you do, if you don't eat what they recommend you run the risk of spina bifida. Just stop by the doc's office and they will have a pamphlet or can let you talk with a nurse.

They are a good occasional option but since they are high in salt, you'll need to be sure that you don't have anything with sodium for breakfast. Always add something fresh (fruit or veg) or you will get that "I'm living out of food from a box." They're not real satisfying but sure are better than nothing.

Prescriptions generally don't have calories or nutrients. If you're taking presciption vitamins or minerals, it might be a good idea to enter them in addition to any over the counter vitamins, it will help avoid megadosing. I just to get waayy to much vitamin C until I realized I didn't need it.

You should make sure that your intake minus exercise calories is 1200 calories per day. Your body needs that much just to make all of its metabolic transactions. If not, you could start to get sick. How are you feeling?
