Minimum healthy weight for 5 foot 8: 125 for 5 foot 9: 128. You are already underweight by a pound or two.

You think that they're slimmer because you have a poor self image. . . said so in your profile that you are a recovering anorexic. Nourish your body, don't mess it up, keep it beautiful. Your boyfriend looks happy with the way it is.

You're perfect. The only sane thing is to set your calories for maintenance.

They can give you ****loads of gas too I hear, but I do eat them on new potatoes, but on a sweet potato? blech

Can you stop with a half cup? I don't call that a binge. You'll find another, far better fella. . . .especially if you can continue to lose weight. So stop after that half cup. And work in a half cup to your diet each evening if it's what floats your boat. There are some pretty healthy ice creams out there, I found one by…

I am targetting San Antonio, but I'm not there yet. Future Texan. Texan at Christmas, when I visit my relatives.

Sounds intriguing. Why aren't you one of my MFP friends yet, LOL?

Add a little flax seed could be fun

You asked what are you doing wrong. I agree with the poster who said that you are living off of processed food. You said you had money problems. Look around and get simpler foods like bags of apples, old-fashioned oatmeal, milk, real raw chicken, carrots, etc. and start cooking more. No more quick added calories. That is…

I don't send friend requests to people who don't fill out their profiles. You might try that.

After what you've been through and showing such successful loss, you deserve to have a personal trainer to get to where you want. It is possible that you can, without losing any more weight, transform all of that into no-so-meaningless muscle mass. Surgery. . . no way. And more walking, not needed.
-
Get more interested in strength training than you have been. . . . larger weights.

There is a delicious Light ice cream by Turkey Hill that has additional calcium. It's so good for you, I can't see any reason why it should be avoided. The best way to handle cravings is to plan for them, and work the foods you love into the diet.

Get some Mary Kay microdemabrasion to smooth out your skin like silk (no I do not sell it). Wash your face after workouts.
-
I agree with the other poster, I think your body is telling you to eat a variety of foods, because that is ideal for good nutrition.

Add one regular egg to one egg white. See how you like that. I prefer using egg beaters instead of egg white as it tastes closer to real egg. This makes a good omelet.

I drink a glass (and I usually weigh it on the scale until I know that glass well) of wine each evening. I work at a vineyard on weekends, so that's literally abstinence for me. Limiting to 1 glass allows my blood pressure medicine to work, and I am much healthier already.

Sweet potato pie, perhaps crustless

Not enough protein in here to make a main dish though, I would put alot more ham in there. It sounds very good.

The way you are eating is giving you wayyy too little calcium. It will be disastrous for your skeleton if you do not include more dairy. There is no way your teenagers can eat as you do and they shouldn't! How will they get strong bones? I suggest you give up on the idea of becoming a vegan, it's just too extreme. Start…

Apples by the bag are cheap too.

There's nothing wrong with the diet coke, you saved yourself from a bunch of needless calories. I hope you didn't get the fries. There are simply a no-no. Try to find the good choices in advance at the places you go to alot, store them under your "meals" so that you will know what to order. It's sad not to enjoy your food…
