Hi, I'm a cardiovascular nurse. Losartan won't affect your HR...but B-blockers will (ie. Atenolol, Toprol, Metoprolol, etc). Feel free to add me! We can all use each other's support. One big thing I have learned since starting this weight loss journey the past year is you have to log 'EVERYTHING"....food and exercise. AND if I want to "eat", I have to "move my body" some way almost EVERYDAY to earn the extra calories to keep the weight loss…

I looooove Zumba and go to the local Y to do it there. You are beating yourself up for NOTHING. When you don't "feel well", you body is telling you something.....and most of the time you need to "rest" for it to feel better:).....so rest up, push fluids and eat healthy for the rest of the day!
