Chalean Extreme...ladies...how "heavy" do you lift for L.E.?
Sooooooo.....I'm on my "3rd" round of 90 days of Chalean Extreme. She always says "go heavy or go home". The 1st time, I don't think I went nearly heavy enough. The 2nd time around, I used mostly 30 lbs (15 each side) for L.E. squats, lunges....and 8-15 for U.E. (15 each side for chest fly's), 8-10 for overhead triceps. Is…

Hi there....has anyone done Turbo Fire/ Chalean extreme hybrid?......and if so.....how did your results compare with just doing Fire? Am on week 5 of Fire and had done Extreme several times before.....am kind of missing the muscle work!

Plantar Fasciitis....OUCH!!!! Any tips?
I did a 1 1/2 hour work-out at the YMCA on hardwood floors yesterday....and have also been working on C 2 5K....and woke up with extreme right heel pain.:noway: Am prett sure it's plantar fasciitis....any tips to make it go away and prevent it in the future????

I'll start. My 25 year old daughter came to visit after not seeing me for about 6 months and called me a "health nut" and "fitness finatic".....big change since I lost the 32 lbs!!!:blushing: Hopefully will be an inspiration for her!

Couch to 5 K treadmill questions

How do you "log" older dated measurements in MFP?
Am trying to go back and record my measurements from previous dates...but can only see where to log "today's" measurements......please HELP!

BMR and TDEE...how do you use that information?
I've been reading a lot about TDEE and BMR. I found a calculator that said my TDEE is between 1888 - 2128 (most weeks 2128 due to moderate exercise). My BMR is 1373. What do I DO with that information? Have no clue. PLEASE HELP!!!:blushing:

update on my NOT "eating ALL my exercise calories back"
Last week, I posted that I was "not convinced" re: eating the calories back as I had gained that week after trying it for 2 weeks in a row (and had lost consistently prior to that). Ate exercise cal's back....and gained....am NOT sold!

Face sweating....and running!!!
