Does 49.5 yo count? :) My goal is go be "fit at fifty"....so I have 6 months to get there. Goal for April are to work-out 3-4 days weekly and record in MFP EVERY day !!!

Don't eat anything "white".., no "white bread, sugar, pasta, rice", instead eat "whole grain bread, sweet potato's, whole grain pasta's, etc"

I'm with you sister. I fell off the wagon as well. And NOT recording a daily diary and food intake in MFP is a lot of it for me. I am actually up 25 lbs from last year. Just restarting today and restarted working out with friends from work this week as well. Good luck to you and everyone here....1 day at a time!!! :D

I'm trying to give it up as well.....so gave it up for "Lent" to try to break my habit. I have discovered Truvia which is a "natural" sugar extract. It is "0" calories and the consistency is more like sugar. I just couldn't handle my tea and coffee with no sweetening....maybe give that a try:)

I found that when I ate "ALL" my exercise calories back, I would gain weight as well. I think they are overestimated sometimes. I generally eat "1/2" back and that has helped! Remember....you are only on "week 2" of a lifetime jouney....don't get discouraged....just keep going!:flowerforyou:

I was doing C to 5 K....but started having problems with Plantar Fasciitis....ouch. Someone on here posted her work-out and I LOVE it! You warm up for 5 minutes....then set your speed at 3.5 or above (fast walk) and every 2 minutes push the "incline" up until 1/2 through however long your are planning to work-out (example…
