Most of us have some physical attributes we dont like about ourselves, such as weight, bellys, bingo wings, etc. I have noticed that i focus so much on the negative, I forget about some of the positives. What physical attributes do you have that you love?

mine is my hair. it's auburn,thick, wavy, and goes down to my bum;)

    I love my smile. I've been told I have a great smile and when I'm happy, it lights my whole face up. I've grown to believe it and smile as much as I can :)

    Smile, butt, starting to love my legs (thighs in particular) and most of the time my small chest, yes, seriously. Its nice not having to wear 8 bras to go for a jog to keep them in place :)

    If we're talking my favorite BODY part of myself, I'd have to say my shoulders/arms. They have made a big change from being Pillsbury-like to what they are now.

    I love my hair too, but I recently cut it all off to donate. I wish I hadn't because I kind of feel naked, but I hope someone else has my hair now who needs it more than I do.

    I also have been told I have nice eyes. I'm a teacher, and they come in handy when I need to give the "teacher look" :P

    And I've always thought that even though I'm a big girl, my bum has always had a nice round shape, not flat like some people's is.

    So yeah, love my b's. Oh, and eyes.

    Everything even though I'm not perfect I think it's important to love yourself before you lose weight as you will never be truly satisfied :)
