Dr told me to limit carbs to 45 per meal , and 15-30 per snack eat three meals and two snacks a day try to eat every 3 hours something, and to walk, so Ive been walking two miles a day, and she also put me on metformin 500 mg twice a day

my first long ride was from Ga to Conn about three months after getting my licence and finishing riding School, I was scared out of my mind, made it all the way to conn pulled into my brothers driveway and almost dropped my bike. I refused to let it lay down , because i hadnt just driving 1200 miles to lay it down. LOL…
