The ear infections were pretty painful, and I as well had to get tubes in my ears when I was around 6-7 years old. Had to wear the earplugs as well while swimming. I'm not sure if the tubes really helped? Maybe.. They…

in turn if you're 5' and you're 219 and have like 100 lbs to lose, then 20 lbs is easier to lose, than if you're 5'7 and 219 and you need to get down to 180.. then 40 lbs is a lot harder to lose and will take more time. in the end the last few lbs are the HARDEST to lose is what im saying
-
are you fairly short? if so.. 20 lbs can be done by January 1st.... If you're like 5'7 ish.. or in and around there, then 20 lbs would be hard to lose in a healthy way.
-
Too much to think about, I just eat 20 bites a day. No tracking otherwise........ it's easier :glasses:

If you're going to visit Canada, visit my hometown Vancouver, British Columbia! Great time to go is beginning of August! Or you can go in the winter as well, over to Whistler, British Columbia, which is where the 2010 Winter Olympics were partially held. :)
