Unfortunately with the situation I'm in, I get a desk that is given to me, I can't ask for a certain type, not only that but everything that comes in to my worksite goes through security. Long story but that wouldn't work.

I didn't get my calorie count from MFP, I went through several sites and did calculations from those, which also included my Macro intake, and I was within minus 50/100 below my intake, still I didn't get any progress.

I did about 5 months (when I was more active on here a year ago) of eating under my caloric intake and being somewhat close to my Macros and yet I still didn't lose any weight.. once I start exercising really hard I would.

Sounds like some beginner yoga for now would work and then maybe ease back into heavy lifting workouts to strengthen everything up again. So maybe I should just go with - eat per lb of protein; .4 grams of fat per lb of body weight; and lower bread intake while still taking in fruits and veggies....? lol

Should I be eating less veggies and fruits because they don't fall into my macros though? As it says something like 55g of carbs?

Your body can't survive on 900 calories, you must up your calories, at first you may see a gain but in time it will get better.

I've had 2 instances so far where I felt my hair falling out in clumps almost.. I'm only 28 and when I went to the doctor, all she said was lets get a blood test for thyroid.. did that.. test came back and there was no problem with thyroid. I said so what next.. she said.. you should probably cut your hair...... yeahhhh…

I'm used to it now personally, it varies in pitch.. so only every so often will it be a high pitch "EEE". I heard that there is a certain tone or type of music you can listen to, which will lighten the noise.

Yeah, I agree that you definitely need a sound in the background as to not make the EEE sound so predominant ... Do you feel yours get's worse with age?
