September 30,2010 11 days after starting MFP about 272 pounds halfway to my goal 208 March 18th, 2011 just before I found out I was pregnant 198.4 pounds I HATE uploading pictures to here because I can never get it right!!! There has to be an easier way!!

Both my sons have ADHD and are on Focalin. I give them their medicine while they are eating. They nibble though out the day, eat a large supper and usually get a snack between 7-8pm just before they go to bed.

I got there last week with a great loss and found out I'm pregnant...lol! Onederland is a great feeling though and I can't wait to go back after the baby is born :-) Keep up the great work!

Normally I workout after the two oldest get off to school and before the hubby and my youngest get out of bed. Today school got canceled because of our lovely spring snowstorm and of course I want to sleep in a little. I did but I pay for it because I can't workout because my husband is doing what he does literally…

I am in the same predicament. I will be seeing my doc pretty soon to discuss all that but for now I am trying to slowly bring my calories back up because I don't want to gain a ton of weight with this one like I did with my first one (this is my 4th baby). I never feel hungry so I think I and baby will be okay.

When i first started jogging a little my jogging pace was 4.0 and as I got better with it and more comfortable at that pace I started jogging at 4.5-50 and am still comfortable. My goal is to be comfortable at 5.5-6.0 someday.

I type it in the notes at the bottom of the diary everyday just to see how accurate it is and in the beginning it wasn't too far off. Now, it's about 2 pounds or so off. Losing weight is getting harder the closer I get to the 100's for me so I expect it to be off a little and I don't stress over it.

When i first started this my goal was 127 pounds away. I would really like to lose 15 pounds more than my goal weight but I will decide how far I want to go once I get there because 127 pounds as much as it is sounds more attainable than 147 pounds. You probably have supper made already but I usually make my steak on my George Foreman grill and poke some holes in a potato and microwave it and maybe some green beans, broccoli, corn, carrots, peas or some kind or mixed veggie. Fruit is also a great alternative.

I totally agree with this because I find my youngest two taking my dining room chairs laying them down and "jogging" on the backs of them like they are a treadmill. I love potatoes!! I'm also eating whole grain or whole wheat pasta. I also love brown rice once in a while.

I just posted a banana muffin recipe just recently and when I entered the recipe on here they came out to 81 calories a muffin.

I have been addicted to oatmeal lately (I used to hate it). I put 1/4 cup milk and a 1/2 cup of blueberries. If I don't have blueberries I use some cinnamon applesauce.
