Starting over
I did this back in 2010 and lost 100+ pounds. I got pregnant, kept the weight off for a while but have since gained most of it back. I have ALL the tools to lose it all again. The one thing I could use are people that are willing to back me up 100% and keep me accountable. Friend me if you are for it.

sodium and calories
I try to stay low on my sodium but if I need more calories for the day my sodium is usually higher (I have been exercising more lately). 55 pounds lighter
I'm hoping this works so here goes. This is me at about 278+ pounds May 2010. This next one is Christmas this year @ about 225. I've even lost a little weight since this picture was taken...lol. What is it easier for you to do...?
Since I've lost almost 45 pounds I find it easier to sleep,get up AND get dressed in the morning and even shave my legs. There are more but these are the things that I have really noticed lately. I'm curious what other people find easier to do since losing weight?

Does anyone have a low cal/sodium recipe for roast pheasant? We are making ham for Thanksgiving but I wanted to try something different so I asked my brother-in-law if he had a pheasant for me to try.

Will I need these things?
I have been a member of MFP since Sept. and have lost 31 pounds but I have noticed a lot of people on here are using a HRM, are a member of a gym and have kitchen scales. I have none of those things and I have been losing. Are these things I will eventually need or can I get away with not having them to lose this weight?

Less than 100 pounds!!!
I had to share this with everyone because I just realized this today!!! I have less than 100 pounds to go to get to my ultimate goal and I have goosebumps just thinking about it (because I am so happy). Help I love butter!!!
I used to use margarine on everything then I switched to butter and I have been hooked ever since! I use it on my toast and veggies I don't add it on any of my noodles anymore but I was wondering if anyone has any good alternative that tastes just like butter and without all those calories?
