I like to ride bike, elliptical, exercise videos or take a walk with my kiddos. I also have a treadmill but it does get boring after a while.

Oatmeal with blueberries mixed in and coffee with creamer. This is what I have almost everyday (unless my hubby is home).

Out of curiosity I had to measure mine and my ankles are big but WOW I have huge calves. I have always had unattractive legs (i mean the whole leg, thighs right down to my ankles) I hope it changes when I lose more weight.

Yes it is. I started on Sept. 21, 2010, got pregnant in March after losing 80 pounds, had my bundle of joy in December and I am nearing 100 pounds and it will be 18 months next month since I started on here. I would help everyone who has ever TRULY helped me out in life. Pay off their mortgages, make them comfortable too. Give to the church and children's hospital. Travel, shop, and hire a personal trainer to help me get to where I want to be, then buy a new wardrobe. There are probably a ton of things I would do but these…

I have been losing my hair too but I had a baby 5 months ago, I'm nursing, taking vitamins still I'm not sure what the issue is. Thinking a visit to the doctor is in order for me too. I hope it is something simple for the both of us.

I think tattoos are nice on some people (depending where and how big they are) but I can't get myself to get one. I have enough 'tattoos" on my tummy from having kids. Maybe some day I will give in.

For me it doesn't mater when I eat. I lost 82+ pounds eating after 8:00pm. I cannot drink anything after 8:00pm though because then I can't sleep or even relax in the evening because I am up peeing every 20-30 minutes.

There are a lot of frozen yogurt brands out there that I love like: TCBY (The Country's Best Yogurt) and Kemps are my favorite :love:
