I eat a satisfying breakfast, a light lunch, a light snack in between, then a larger supper and if I am still hungry I have a light snack before 8:00pm. I hate going to bed starving too! Lots of water throughout the day too :-)

Before my husband started doing this with me he thought I was crazy for measuring everything I ate. He thought it was a waste of my time but then he saw it really was working for me. He joined MFP! For Christmas I asked for a food scale and surprisingly he bought me one. Now I am having fun measuring everything from meat…

A friend of mine on Facebook had her MFP account hooked with Facebook and I saw her statuses and asked her about it and I decided to check it out and I have been hooked on it ever since. I would have never gotten this far without MFP or the wonderful support from the fantastic people on here. I am almost halfway to my goal…

Mine is basically any fruit or Fit and Active wild berry fruit crisps. When I need to boost my calories and I want to treat myself I like either frozen yogurt or a 1/2 cup of ice cream.

This is exactly how I started my journey. I was shocked at what I was eating and knew I had to do something.

Def. wheat but if you get a chance see if you can get your hands on some Healthy Life 35 calorie bread ( they make it in white and wheat). It is my favorite because it is 70 calories for 2 slices and I don't feel guilty eating it at all.

My favorite lunch is peanut butter with banana on toast. I'm not having that today because I don't have any bananas :frown: Today I may have leftovers from last night's supper. I weigh in on Friday mornings and I have a feeling my weigh in isn't going to be as great as I would like but I have a few days yet so things could…

Great advice! Thanks!

I listed my breakfast this morning before I ate it...lol! Instead of oatmeal I ended up having two egg white with a slice of homemade whole wheat bread with butter.

My husband and I will be celebrating our 11 anniversary on that date also :-)
-
I want to join too. April 6th is my 30th Birthday and the 7th is my Anniversary so i would like to lose 15lbs by then. That would put me at my half way point to my goal weight. I'm thinking about having some oatmeal with applesauce mixed in with 1/4 cup milk. I HAVE to have my coffee too...lol :-)

I am actually curious too because I want one too and I don't know where to start and I don't want to waist my money on something that won't be very accurate.

I'm 5'4" and in high school I weighed 150-155 and felt VERY fat. Right after high school I got married and got pregnant and after my third child I weighed a lot. The highest recorded (that I know of) was 286ish. My goal right now is a fit and healthy 145. When I get there we will see how I feel I may try getting to 135.…

I have a Facebook account but find the two VERY different! I keep my friends on Facebook updated on my weight loss and that's about it. I did post something on Facebook that I should have saved for just here and got one comment I didn't like therefore, I don't post anything like that anymore. The people here are way more…
