I would make sure the new scale is accurate by comparing to your doctor's scale. If it is, just add your old pounds lost to your new pounds lost going forward. The total, plus how you feel is more important than what any scale says. Congrats on getting past the comfort eating!!

I'm no dancer, but I've been going once a week for about 2 months and I really enjoy it. Best of all, my hear rate monitor shows I burn anywhere from 600 to 900 calories in an hour. Woo Hoo!
