  • i used to work at a place where we steamed them and seasoned them with either cajun or old bay seasoning simple but tastes yummy! and you don't have to add all the butter and fating stuff :)

  • i watched a youtube video about it that someone posted in a forum last night and it worked wonders for a vietnam veteran who had to use crutches/canes to walk with and doctors told him he would never walk without assistance but he used the system and lost a lot of weight and can run walk and even stand on his head!
