I'm a newbie, but I will try it. Have been getting in 30-45 min a day five days a week. Mon:45 Walking, moderate pace Tue: Wed: Thurs: Fri: Sat: Sun: Goal 180 min. 45/180 I have been using mfp for two months and have lost 11 lbs so far... 14 more to go.
