No new to running....but would love to add some new running friends. Been running for 7 years and I am running my second Half in about a week.

I run my second Half in a week and a half. I've used Hal Higdon training programs for both. Feel add me if you'd like.

I followed Hal Higdon and I am following his plan again for my Half in two weeks. I, like you, didn't think I could run 13.1 miles but I did. And you can too.....all you have to do is train for it. If you…

Congrats on setting the Half as a goal for the coming year. I've been running almost 7 years and in Jan 2013 I will run my 2nd Half. So if I can help in any way, do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank everyone. My legs did feel a little tired and tight last evening but I chalk that up to running 5 miles on Friday, running 10.5 'lies on Saturday and snowshoeing for an hour on Saturday as well and running errands..

I've been a runner for 7 years. I've run numerous races including the following numerous times: 5km, 8km, 10km, 16km, 10 miles and a half marathon this Sept past which I ran in 2:14. I am currently training for a hypo half in Jan 2013. It should be fun, not looking to set a PR. My pace per mile is about 10 min/mi. Please…

Congrats on signing up for your first Half. I did my first Half this past Sept and have signed up for another in Jan 2013. My words of advice are to start training now. Why wait?! Life gets in the way of training sometimes. And having the extra time to build a strong foundation is great. A strong running foundation is very…

Training for my 2nd Half (a Hypo in January) and then another Half in May. That's what's on my horizon at the moment, others are on my bucket list for 2013.

I always workout before work...up at 5am, get ready, walk dog and then run. Home, eat, and get ready for work. I find that if I don't do it early in the morning, it don't get done. That's my motivation.

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to enter my numbers yet, but I will...i promise, as soon as I set up my ticker. :)
