It took a good 2 months befor I felt the same energy levels but I was back to work and normal activity aftre about a month. Honestly though, it was the best thing I EVER did, I had 3 litres removed from each side and LOVE it!

It depends, usually around 1230 but recently I've really uped my exercise and if I'm hungry I'll eat some or all of my exercise calories(but only if I find I'm hungry)

This always happens to me, I lose 3 pounds gain 2, lose 4 pounds gain 3, two steps forward and one step back. I figure in the end as long as I'm losing that's all that matters!

When I'm dying for chocolate I let myself have a couple squares of dark chocolate, it gets rid of the craving and a little is enough to satisfy me. I use the Lindt 70% dark, it's only 90 calories for 3 squares!

Dr. Bernsteins, lost 60 pounds in 3 months, I was eating 600 calories a day, passing out all over the place, scary thing is I was stupid enough to do it twice! 2nd time I had to lose the 60 I gained back plus 20 more!!!

My pattern has been lose 3lbs gain 2, lose 4lbs gain 2, its maddening! Right now I'm up 2lbs after making it through my period and wedding shower without gaining, today I gain for no reason at all! Well it could be because I haven't pooped since Saturday but it's still so frustrating!

If they leave the nipple attached during surgery you can probably still breast feed. My doctor told me I have an 80% chance of being able to breast feed. PLUS if you are that large offten you can't breast feed anyways( my aunt had the issue).

I still have lots of clothes from when I was skinnier but they tend to skip sizes, like I stay in one size way longer then I should have and have to jump up two sizes when I shop! Like right now I still haven't gone down a size after losing 21lbs because I was pushing maximum capacity in my 18's! LOL

Just over two months but I haven't been doing well with the exercise, I was really sick for over a month and it's taken me a while to feel up to it again. SO now that I'm well the next twenty should fly off!
