  • try making your own homemade pizza with a whole wheat dough, I add mushrooms, broccoli and feta cheese, YUMMY! I have it about once a week....

  • I "cheat" about once a month, I find if I know in a few weeks I'm going to be able to eat or drink something I really want, then I have a much easier time passing it up everyday!
  • Well personally I do all three, I go for a walk before work, at lunch and after work. I think if you do it in the morning your burning stored fat instead which is a good thing!

  • I'd have to literally get my bf to hid it somewhere I dont' know about, it's to the point where if I get up to pee in the night, I'm on the scale! Normally not a problem but I just dont' want to be upset all week whiel I'm on my period, it's hard enough as it is to deal with!
