5 feet nothing here and have at least 60 lbs to loose! I did really well here a few years ago (before I had my second baby) with the 1200 calories. I think it really helped that I exercised regularly and drank a ton of water and cut back on my diet cokes.

I read somewhere that everyone should drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day and for every 25 lbs overweight someone is they should drink another 8 oz. So since I'm 50 lbs overweight, I make sure to drink at least 10 8 oz glasses of water everyday. Hope this helps!

So after my size 16 jeans have been falling off of me I finally went to the store to buy a new pair, I got a pair of size 12s!!! I can't remember the last time I wore a size 12.
