Totally agree with this. Most people, if they actually do hear you fart will have one of two mental reactions "ewh" or "lol". And unless you keep farting smelly farts, 10 sec. later they'll get over it and keep doing their thing.

I found that cheat "days" made me excuse a lot of unnecessary junk food. A single cheat "meal" however kept me on track a bit more. Holidays and birthday events are another thing though... at the end of the day it's what you are comfortable with the most.

I actually ended up trying a whole bunch of different veggies, raw without dip and Broccoli, colored bell peppers and zucchini slices were good! Baby carrots. not so much. Might change over the next few days, as it seems to XD hahaha

I find that first thing in the morning I have a cold or warm glass of water with fresh lemon juice in it. It subsides the morning sickness just long enough for me to get oatmeal in there. I will also be testing the "jolly Rancher candy" theory this week to see if that works.

I would stay away from diet soda as it's full of junk. Low sodium club soda with lemon/ lime is as awesome substitute!

Eat lots of veggies and drink lots of water. But don't starve yourself.

Maybe you can make yourself salads that has baby spinach in it with the other cup of veggie on top. It won't feel as heavy, but you'll still get the good nutrtion that your body needs.

Most of my work pants have a zipper and buttons but I don't even need to undo them anymore to go the the restroom or to change. Good thing for belts!
