I just added sugar to my diary and I'm kind of in shock. I'm always under in fat and carbs but there's too much damn sugar in everything. But my goal is also 27 and I just about kill it in one meal. So disappointing :(

Anthrax is having a busy year. They will be on the Meyhemfest tour this summer. They put on an awesome show, I saw them for the first time last April for the Big 4 show in CA.

It's annoying when people are like that. I would sometimes get the "you must have an ED for paying that close attention to what you eat" sort of thing with friends, ex's etc... Tune them out, its all about doing this for YOURSELF anyway. Good luck

Be sure you're eating enough! Eating under can be just as bad as overeating. 900 cal a day seems low. Are you exercising too?

I read on bodybuilding.com that BF% should be 13% for women to see abs, and that it's the last muscle to show. 13% seems really low to me though.

^This... I know you also can't target one area for fat loss. Try talking to a trainer they can get your exact BF% and get you on the right track with exercise. What has helped me so far: hyperextension bench with 10-25lb weights, roman chair, abdominal twist 10lb weights, planks/side planks. Go to youtube, I'm sure you can…

Drink more water on those days! Yes I still work out I don't usually have terrible cramps, but I tend to be more pissed than usual lol. Exercise tends to help cramps and bad moods.

I'm in the same boat- 5'4 and I go between 115-118 constantly (or maybe my scale has a sense of humor...) anyway you look great, if your bf% is higher than you would like do more weights, that's what I've been focusing on lately.
