I'm gonna say Rhianna because you look like her. So that sort of genre, I suppose.

I take oxyelite pro. It helps give me energy when I'm too tired to exercise. It also seems to make me a little less hungry without that shaky feeling. I really like it, my mom tried it and didn't though. I guess you just need to know what to expect with a thermogenic, all the caffeine sometimes makes you feel like you're…

23. Being vegetarian doesn’t just mean you don’t eat meat – it means you follow a plant-based diet. A little generalized I think, it depends on the person. Great post thanks for sharing!

You can't eat that many cals without gaining whether or not you include fats.
-
Definitely. Gotta love that runner's high :smokin: LOL

6 months, and we did everything backwards. He stayed the night at my house once and never left, so we were living together before it was "official" We got married November 6th 2011, 4 days after out 1 year anniversary. It happened so quickly but I knew I was supposed to be with him the night we met.

Just remember how much more confident you are now compared to 200lbs ago. I'm sure your friends will be amazed.
-
Yep, you've lost 200 lbs. That's AMAZING! Be proud of how far you've come!
-
Wow you're amazing! Congrats

As long as you're not a vegan it's pretty easy if you're not opposed to cottage cheese and eggs. Both are inexpensive. I also buy whey protein powder and have a shake usually every day unless I hit my protein goal with my food alone. As far as tofu goes, I love it in tacos. Just cook it with seasoning like you would ground…

First problem... Obviously I'm not a man. But if you want the honest input of someone who's been there here it comes: "Change" should never be in the vocabulary. It will not happen no matter how much you yell, beg, pray, F*#@, make ultimatums or whatever you do to try and make things work. Love will come naturally when it…

Well defined abs show for a woman between 13% and 15% body fat. I think that came from bodybuilding.com if you want to check for yourself. So, I would start with how much bf you currently have and go from there. Probably lots of cardio at the beginning.

I'm not technically a vegetarian, the only meat I eat is fish. After being in FFA for 4 years observing and assisting in the "harvesting" of animals, I decided that if I am not able to personally kill my food I will not eat it. I fish, and I will clean and prepare whatever I catch, but I will not kill a mammal, it makes me…

Haha, it was going to be SoCal, but we changed it so my brother in law doesn't have to drive so far. I like bay area more anyway!

Try cottage cheese. Casein protein helps muscles recover so it's good before bed. I usually have 1/2 cup after dinner.
-
Oh, and I would like to add that I eat carbs. Always less than mfp goal, but don't eliminate them by any means. You need the energy for your workouts.

Hope this helps..... this was 2 months difference for me. You can't "spot reduce" but this is definitely the area I have seen the most change, about 3 inches. I do cardio and strength training at least 5 times a week. Angled hyperextension bench with weights have helped, also abdominal twist with a medicine ball, bicycle…

I was eating 1200 for several months, not much of a change on the scale but I have lost several inches. I weigh between 112-116 and work out every day. I stopped seeing results for a few weeks and was getting really hungry before bed. I just increased to 1400+ depending on how much I burn in a day but it's been helping…

^ This for me too.I don't have time first thing in the morning anymore but when I used to I would have a piece of toast or something light and eat more after working out.
-
Amazing! Congrats you should be so proud.

I would definitely buy that clock too. Hm, nothing specific comes to mind besides music. But give me a few extra bucks to spend and my ebay account and it's on.

Goddamn Electric is one of my favorite Pantera songs. I have a quote tattooed on my foot. It's been my username for pretty much everything

So lame! Facebook has pretty much become people making catty comments hoping the person it was intended for finds out. No support from so called "friends." Screw them. You're a huge inspiration glad to have you on my friends list. Keep up the amazing work!

Implanon has been great for me. No need to remember pills and it doesn't hurt at all to have it put in. I did have migraines for the first month or two which was terrible, but I don't adjust to medication well sometimes. Oh, and it lasts 3 years, definitely a bonus if you're not wanting kids for a while.

1. I love driving with no shoes 2. I have seen more internal organs and amputated limbs than your average person 3. My husband proposed to me after being together 6 months 4. I'm a dog groomer and I love my job 5. The last burger I ate was from in n out, 5 years ago

Haha, this= my response when my teammates say how much this part will suck. But if somebody's gonna be holding a beer at the end you can bet your *kitten* I'll be sprinting through some live wires

Bumping this, I'm enjoying reading everyone's experiences. Looks like my team is up to about 10 now. This is going to be nothing less than epic. And if any of you will be in the bay area for 2013 please feel free to add. Best of luck everyone!
