I want that rock hard flat abs, jajaja who doesn't, should i wait to loose the weight that i want, to do ab work or, should i start doing it while i'm still working on it, i ask because i heard that people say that if you do ab workout the fat turn hard and is more difficult to burn it!!

Well defined abs show for a woman between 13% and 15% body fat. I think that came from bodybuilding.com if you want to check for yourself. So, I would start with how much bf you currently have and go from there. Probably lots of cardio at the beginning.0
