Im into a good exercise pattern now and loosing between 1/2 - 3/4 lb a week - maybe I need to eat back some exercise cals to increase the weight loss?!?

Hi Im Rachel (37), South Yorkshire - Devoted mummy to DD(10) and DS(6)..been dieting / exercising since 29th Feb 2012 (Leap Year, as wasnt motivated in the New Year!) Currently loving the gym and exercising - long may it continue!
