HAHA!!! This made me LOL :P

I would start with 30DS. That's what I did, and now I'm on to Ripped in 30. That just seems like a natural flow and order. You'll see what I mean if you do it :)

So my results for the shred are.... I lost 6 lbs and 14.5 inches!!! I am so impressed with Jillian and this program!!

Started today!! (Since I'm going to be doing Monday-Saturday and keeping Sundays as a rest day) I started the C25K program as well and then did Ripped in 30!! It was fun, I like it a lot! Nice workout!! I feel great now :)
-
I am!! Just started today, feel free to add me! :)
-
Thanks!! Anyone else??
-
Thank you for this response!! Helps me out a lot. :)
-
Thanks so much!! :)

I did the 30DS 30 days straight with no rest days or breaks. I was only sore for the first 3 or 4 days and then it was fine, just a suuper good workout. I lost 6 lbs and 14.5 inches from it! I liked that the workout was short, but I didn't like how it was 10 days per level; I started to get bored with each level around day…

JUST FINISHED THE 30 DAY SHRED!!! 30 days IN A ROW, NO breaks or rest days!!!! I really can't even freakin believe it; I am so proud right now. I have never worked out so consecutively in my entire LIFE. I feel GREAT!!! Will post results soon. :D
-
I'm down!! Just bought it :) Is anyone going to do it 30 days straight in a row? That's what I'm doing with the Shred right now, why not keep it going? ;)
-
That sounds amazing!!! Thank you :D
-
I think I missed two weigh-ins...not sure. I am 194 now. I didn't lose for a couple weeks. :(
-
Thanks for the encouragement everyone!! And bramel I think I will try that. :)
-
Thanks for the responses all. It helps me a lot. :) Every now and then I will have a cheat day, but not too often.
-
Oooh, I like your taste. :) I've been craving wine today too....lol
-
THANK YOU for this response. That makes sense to me. Yes I'm eating back my exercise cals. I'm going to invest in heart monitor and make sure my calories burned are accurate...that should help (I hope?).
-
Oh okay cool, I am not alone...lol
-
Thanks for the encouragement!! Yeah I've been realizing lately that counting calories and living a healthier lifestyle is enough of an accomplishment in itself, why should I force myself to be deprived of things I would like to enjoy in my lifetime? :)

So most people are saying they reached a plateau when they were close to their goal...or after they had lost a good amount of weight. This just seems so weird to me stop after only 9 lbs from my starting weight. Argh :-/
-
Yeah I did, hehe; I responded on the other thread :P. Sorry haha

Kind of as an experiment. I read the book Skinny ***** which is basically promoting a vegan lifestyle and while I don't ever see myself going vegan, or even fully vegetarian, I just wanted to try it out and see if it would help me lose weight. I've heard of people dropping red meat/dairy out and dropping weight like crazy.
-
So I haven't really lost any weight since I gave up red meat and dairy....is that weird or what? Maybe my body burns fat better when I have a well-rounded diet and am not depriving myself of anything...hm. Just a thought. Yes I've lost inches but I went from steadily losing 2 lbs a week to losing nothing for like 2 weeks…

Just finished my first day of Level 3!! I agree with what most people have said on the forums here- it wasn't as hard as level 2 and it went by soooo fast!!! I was stoked!! Didn't sweat as much but still worked hard. Took pics and my measurements and lost 2.5" after Level 2...not as much as I'd hoped but so far I have lost…
-
I'm in the SAME exact boat. Started MFP in september, have lost 9 lbs on a 1200 cal diet but haven't lost for like 2 weeks now....lol crazy! I've been eating right and exercising every day...but I have been losing inches, and have been getting stronger and healthier. My stomach is flatter, and I feel great. So just look…

So today I finished Level 2!!! Finally, damn I felt like that took for-EVER; I was getting so tired of that freakin level, ugh. On to Level 3 tomorrow, eek I'm nervous but anxious to move on. I still can't believe I'm really doing this, I've never excercised this many days in a row straight in my LIFE. Proud of myself and…
