Considering it.....just curious. I really want to be as healthy as I can be, although I know that everyone has a different opinion on what is 'healthy' though.

Body fat %- MFP vs. Body fat scale?
Hey all, so I recently got a Taylor body fat scale and it is telling me that my body fat percentage is 28.9. And MFP says I am 30.9. I know it's not much of a difference, except for one is in the 'obese' category and one is in the 'overweight' category. But which do you think is more accurate?

Just want to be sure that I'm eating enough. I weigh 183, am 5' 4", and my goal weight is 134. I chose to lose 2 lbs a week and chose lightly active. My daily calories are 1200, and my BMR is 1565. Big changes starting Sunday....eek!!
So I've made the decision that atleast for now, while on the road to my weight loss I am going to cut out red meat, dairy, and coffee. I have cut out red meat before (years ago) and it was fine...although I love me some steak and burgers haha. The dairy is more intimidating, as I LOVE milk and especially cheese. Yikes!…
