Why did you cut those things out?

Kind of as an experiment. I read the book Skinny ***** which is basically promoting a vegan lifestyle and while I don't ever see myself going vegan, or even fully vegetarian, I just wanted to try it out and see if it would help me lose weight. I've heard of people dropping red meat/dairy out and dropping weight like crazy.

This stuff is pretty high in calories. So when people cut it out they cut out a lot of calories!

I drink a pot of coffee a day, have 2 servings of milk, and eat red meat a few times a week. Couldn't be happier :] Coffee helps me keep moving xD and milk and red meat are full of protein, love it!

If you like those things, then there is no need to cut them out :]

Thanks for the encouragement!! Yeah I've been realizing lately that counting calories and living a healthier lifestyle is enough of an accomplishment in itself, why should I force myself to be deprived of things I would like to enjoy in my lifetime? :)
