I can't believe it... Exercise NSV!!

Just realized that today will be my FIRST rest day after exercising for 5 weeks STRAIGHT. I can't believe it!!! This is such an amazing, overwhelming feeling to me right now. I have never accomplished this in my entire life. I feel so strong, powerful and motivated. Wow. I almost don't even want to take a rest day lol. (I'll probably end up atleast taking the dog on a walk hehe) I love this!!! So happy

great job! I know the feeling about not wanting to take a rest day. I've been taking rest days once a week for the past 3 weeks and this weel I feel like ya know i could go and get on the eliptical that would be ok i think. So if i get my cooking for the week done early enough I think I'm gonna go and hop on the eliptical for a bit.. we will see!0
