Ripped in 30 with C25K...anyone done it?

Is it too much? Or just enough? Do you do the RI30 before the C25K on those 3 days or after? lol sorry so many questions, just trying to find out if I want to do it. I just finished the 30 Day Shred today and am feeling super motivated. :)

    If you finished 30DS successfully and you're not terribly sore, there's no reason that you can't do RI30 along with C25K. Just listen to your body...if at any time RI30 makes your legs too sore, you might want to put off C25K temporarily.

    What where your results with 30DS? Did you do it everyday? What did you like about it or not like about it?

    I did the 30DS 30 days straight with no rest days or breaks. I was only sore for the first 3 or 4 days and then it was fine, just a suuper good workout. I lost 6 lbs and 14.5 inches from it! I liked that the workout was short, but I didn't like how it was 10 days per level; I started to get bored with each level around day 6 or so.

    Seems like a lot of people are having great results. Sounds like you were really determined to get it in everyday. Congratulations on all your success.

    I did them both at the same time. I did RI30 in the morning and c25k in the evening (only because it was summer and it was too hot any other time). Worked for me just fine. I didn't feel too tired or sore or anything.
