Darn. I actually quit coffee for a couple months and felt great. Just added it back recently. That's probably it....grr. I've been liking how it helps my mood and energy. Lame. :/ Cutting out butter for today to see if that may be the culprit though.

Mine is saying 17.2%, 21%, and 25.2% on the fat2fit ones....wtf. My calipers (checking from abdomen only) said 23.8%, and my BF scale says like 19% or something. What in the heck, lol. Those are all soo different; I have no idea what to believe!!

I eat a pretty clean paleo diet, and after about a 6 month scale plateau have been gradually upping my calories lately, just to try something different. How tall are you/how much do you weigh? And what is your activity level? Depending on those factors, you may need to eat more calories. Also, I don't think you went 'too high' on the carbs, at least in my opinion...especially if you're active. For me, I aim to hit at least 100 g with all my macros- fat, carbs and protein.…

Aww thanks loves!!! I did used to want to weigh way less...now I realize that I am healthy, my body is happy, and I am focusing more on changing my body comp and gaining strength & endurance rather than scale weight. Scales suck lol.

What KB said. ^ When I drink it, I use 16 oz of coffee + 1 TBS ghee/kerrygold butter + 1BS of coconut oil. Works for me :) I don't think my tummy would be too happy after 32 ounces of coffee lol.
