Ah, my good pal Cheri. Thanks.

Is it really that obvious? Haha. Pride and confidence, definitely. Thank you.

Wow, thank you. That first pic was on my 40th b-day party so really great judge of age. Now, I wish you were right on the second part. ;)

Well done bud. You will hit ONEderland before you know it if you continue your pace. Look at how far you've come and not how much you have left. Keep up the great work.

Well done. You still have that focus. Don't lose it. Use your support system including your friends here at MFP. Look back at what you've accomplished and be proud. It's ok to pat yourself on the back. :)

I travel a lot to southeast Asia and eating there can be somewhat of a challenge. Lots of the dishes are wok fried with oil so that won't be working in your favor. Rice is basically a staple in all their dishes. I tried to stick with anything grilled or steamed and that generally worked well for me. Rice isn't a bad thing.…

You look great. Well done. You probably feel so much better about yourself as well don't you? It's amazing what taking care of your self physically can do for your mental health as well. Congrats.

Wow, so awesome. Nice to reach your goal. Congrats.

Nicely done! Now you can start looking at what you've accomplished and not what you have left to go. Keep up the good work.
-
Wow, what a difference already! Now you can start looking and how much you've accomplished and not what you have left to go. :)

Great progress man. Once you get rolling you will not want to stop and the self motivation really kicks in. Way to go.

Wow! That is fantastic. Very well done. You are right, it's a long process and its not just a change in your body but in your mind as well. BTW, love the pic with the two of you in your pants. ;)

For me there is a self-esteem factor that goes along with getting clothes that fit. I did the baggy thing for awhile until one day I went to the store and bought the correct size (at the time). I couldn't believe how much different I looked. For the first time in a long time I felt good about myself. Of course this gets…

Shannon... This is one of the best stories I have read to date. You have your priorities straight and your story is one of common sense. I am truly inspired by you. Thank you for sharing your story with us.

That's a great story. I have done paintball since I gained all my weight. You've motivated me to get back out there. Thanks. BTW, nothing big about you. You look great. Enjoy your NSVs.

Fantastic story. You look like a totally different person. They way you describe the process is spot on. Like you said there is no magic or secret to it. Just have to be honest with yourself and be focused. You're not only motivating yourself but through your actions you are motivating others. That in itself is a gift. Be…

Someone needs to get Leeanne a drink. Thanks for the kudos and the chuckle. Made my day.

Here is my most recent BA pic. I walk 4 mileser day 4x a week plus I am a soccer referee and also coach. I'm generally active. I pay the most attention to my calorie intake with MFP. I avoid processed sugars as well as fried and fatty foods. MFP has really brought awareness to how I eat and really changed my life. Enjoy…

Nice work boss. Congrats on reaching ONEderland. It really is great to have the kind of support system as it makes you want to work harder. Keep up the great work.

Hmm, looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. ;) Anyway, I'm 5'10" w/ success. My before and after (in progress) was posted in another thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/739953-100-lbs-and-counting.

Thanks for sharing. I love that kind of NSV. Like S108HAN, same thing happened to me at a funeral where I hadn't seen people in awhile. Keep up the great work MizzTweezy. You are getting close to your goal and a bunch more NSVs to come. ;)
