I completely understand what you are feeling. Pant sizes can be very frustrating. Throw out the foods the bad foods that you are binge eating in the mornings. If you only have oatmeal, fruits, eggs, whole grain toast, and other "good" foods, it will be difficult for you to rack up the calories. You may even be able to stop eating after a while. I have a 2 year old and its impossible to work out when she is awake, so I had to wake up at 4am each morning and get my exercise in. I love doing it this early because its out of the way for the day. In your case 5am might also work. Get your 1 hour in and be done with it!

What?? This make no sense. I have lost 50 plus pounds and gained muscle by working out at 5am in the morning. I don't think your body cares at WHEN you exercise, what matters most IS exercising.

Walk/Run is very effective. I did this just this morning for exercise. I would usually just walk for an hour and burn about 400 calories in the process. However, today I walked for 4 minutes and jogged for 3 minute intervals and burned 600 calores in the process. So it is effective.
