Been very slow this week. Spent some time in Melbourne for my daughters 21st. So not much running but plenty of food and wine!:drinker: Slow 4 km this morning and a couple of short 2.5km runs on the treadmill. Hope to do better this week. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
