    Alright, 30 miles will be my goal for March. I am easing into it with the C25K but have signed up for a 5K on April 11th so this should help me prepare!!!

    I'm in for 150miles (marathon training has approx 135 miles running training), I also walk everywhere so hopefully make it.
    I'll sort my ticket out later.

    2/3 - No exercise but I drove round the course of the 10k I have entered on 30th March. It was described as 'undulating' but it looked pretty mountainous to me! :noway: :sad:

    I ran a 10K race yesterday and think I pulled a muscle in my hamstring. It may be a few more days till I run again.
