I agree with others. Its not healthy to drop a lot of weight quickly. And it almost ALWAYS comes back. Start a healthier life style. Its not an over night thing. It takes work, Don't be lazy. I read somewhere that Yoga doesn't help you lose weight and you might actually gain weight. Only because you think you are burning a lot of calories but you really aren't so you up your calorie intake etc. But it will help with flexibility!
