Mine's after dinner, I'm used to having something. Today I tried to work it in so I can have a rib, and I'm glad I did. I think you could try it too it'l' make you feel better and it wont be cheating.

I'm 5"5' and aiming for 126, but I'm starting to think I'll just stop on the way to it when it looks about right. 153 was when I started and that did not make me look sick. Maybe it's just people's different shapes?

Thanks for the info :) I just wondered because I take natural sugar a litte less seriously than processed sugar, so I wondered if it was the same for carbs.

I still get this, though I eat somewhere about 5:30-6:30 on most days so I think it's because I eat too early. Maybe you could try eating your last meal close to 8:00 and make it your biggest meal of the day.
