1lb per week or 0.5lb?
Quick question, I'm 134lbs roughly, 5 foot 5, want to be 126ish, and I changed my settings to 1lb per week (1230 cal a day) but then thought should I be setting it to 0.5lbs because I am 8lbs away from goal? Also I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred and walk often.

Need a Routine - help?
I've been reading forums constantly about 'skinny fat' and reducing muscle loss etc. and after realising my mistake from it (and also from noting 'skinny fat' family members) I'm struggling to find a routine to be able to tone, because I have no equipment. I don't have weights, any machines, can't get access to the gym and…

Nutrition Label Confusion...
It says there is 700g of chicken in the packet, but there are only 6 legs, and it gives nutrition information for 100g. Does the 700g in the packet include bones, and the 100g is how much one leg would be without it? Or should I divide the 700g by 6 to get the nutrition amount for one leg? I seem to get these problems all…

Second-hand smoke, I can't run.
My parents have been smoking since they were teenagers, and I've been around it literally all my life. I never really ran because of it and neither did my siblings, but I really wanted to try C25K so I tried the first day today and felt like my chest was on fire! I have never had a pain that bad in my chest, and my legs…

Eating Back Calories
I know this is a pretty controversial subject here and people talk about it a lot. I tend to not eat them back because the exercise I get is walking, and I don't feel like I've really earnt that much. If I had sprinted or ran a big distance or did some high intensity stuff like some people do here then I would. But should…

Carbs andSodium
I tend to go over carbs even on good days because of pears, bannanas and tea. But they're healthy foods, so I was wondering if it mattered if you can go over on any of the categories a little because of fruit or something similar? Also just wondering what the importance of sodium is and why going over would be bad. Educate…

I know I'm not fat, I'm just not comfortable
I get this all the time. I'm technically not overweight (about 141lbs), my BMI is normal, but I have flab in places and I'm not happy with it. People always tell me 'you're not even fat, why are you losing weight?'. I know I don't NEED to, but I really WANT to. I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin, but people…
