Wow I just read your bio and I would say your an insperation to all of us that only have a little weight problem to overcome. Great job and keep it up, I would say someone that has overcome everything you have can probably accomplish anything you want to. I will quit complaining about missing a few calories out of my day…

I plan to keep repeating w1d3 until I can jog all the way through the jogging parts. I think eventually it will happen, but if it doesn't I'm still getting a good workout judging by all the gasping and wheezing going on.

I'm going to repeat week one. Can't make it through all the jogging parts yet, but it is getting better and I knocked 2 min off my best time for this loop today. So I'll take that as a victory and just keep repeating W1D3 until I can jog all the jogging bits. I did 6 of the 8 jogs today.

Ditto I'm 50 and just finished w1d2 and I hurt all over, I didn't know you could take a day off in between. It's only 3 days per week. Oops.

I did w1d2 today and was slower than yesterday, everything hurt this morning and I had a hard time making myself go. Hopefully it gets easier. I think I might have to skip a day as I did four days before starting pushing myself on the elliptical. One other point I haven't seen for newbies like me is get some jogging…

I developed "exercise induced athsma" in my 40s but the dr can prove it with a stress test. I just started a C25K program today and as long as I take a huff on my puffer before I start out I can exercise for an hour or more without my lungs closing off. Ironically I developed athsma 6months after quitting smoking. Didn't…
