Yes and no, didnt finish eating until 8:10pm What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went running with my husband, and kept up for most of the way! What would I have done differently? better stretching after my…
  • Go out, buy a pack of boneless chicken breasts, and cook all of them. put them in tupperware and stick them in the fridge. I can not tell you how many times this has saved my dinner. I just stick in the microwave and voila. Also, a little more expensive but I think is worth it- microwavable steamed veggies. i'm not a fan…
  • Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didnt make one, but I will today! What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate a salad for dinner, havent done that in a long time! What would I have done differently? I wouldn't have caved and eaten six mini cookies right before bed…

  • down to 162, hoping to see the 150s soon.
  • weighed in 162 this morning  the husband brought home a plate of brownies last night. i was able to resist until he fell asleep. then I had the two smallest ones. I went over by 150 again.
  • I am the same way, but what I have done to help is to log what I eat. Even if its so far over its sad, even if its not entirely accurate, just keeping the the habit of logging my foods every day is what helps me stay on track.
  • 10 minute solutions yoga for beginners. it has 5 different ten minute sessions that you can make a "playlist" of each time you do it.
  • been doing ok, did my workouts this week and starting to physically feel better again. went over on calories last night  went to cheesecake factory with a friend, ate very small portions and skipped the bread and appetizers, but I still went over by about 130.
  • I count water with crystal light as water. The water here is nasty, so instead of buying flat after flat of bottled water, I bring one bottle to work and continuously refill it and add crystal light to hide the taste. it is a bottle of water, all I have done is add powder to it. I count the crystal light in my meals…
  • I usually do the 10 minute Solutions Yoga for beginners, it has 5 ten-minute yoga workouts that you can build a "playlist" of each time you workout. There is a energizing flow for mornings and a calming one for the evenings, which has REALLY helped my stress levels. I have been eyeing a power yoga DVD as well, but I am…

  • holy crap!!!!! you look amazing!
  • I am right there with you! my husband has to have 2,500 as well, and of course I am the one cooking his dinners, and then there is my tiny dinner. I usually do well, until right before I go to bed. I have even tried going to bed earlier to avoid this craving, which does work most nights.

  • I was asleep in my high school psychology class, and woke up just as the first tower fell. My thoughts are with the families who lost loved ones, and our soldiers fighting in the sandbox.
  • Diet Mountain Dew Potato (mashed, chips, etc) Full fat cheese
  • my arms are definitely more toned. i no longer fall after being in plank for 15 seconds
  • I hope so. I'm with you, just making dinner takes most of my energy. and I get horrible salt cravings, so I have to drink insane amounts of water.
  • Definitely. It really helps to know in advance how many cals you have that day. i actually plan out a whole months dinner schedule (just either chicken or fish, I don't plan sides) and it REALLY helps when I go grocery shopping.
  • make sure you have the right size. i am 5'6'' and I had to get a 65cm ball.
  • Another thing I wasn't told about is the fact that its highly recommended not to be on the shot for longer than two years because it depletes so much calcium from your bones it takes two years to recover from being on it for two years. even if you take calcium supplements. but honestly....I love being on the shot. I don't…
  • I am just now coming off the shot after two years, and I didn't lose or gain coming on or off the shot.
  • I tried it and it was good but I still prefer the Cabots 50% reduced fat. I guess I just need that extra 25%!

  • We have nothing more to say to each other.
  • Planning meals and getting on a schedule. Not the entire meal, just even deciding between chicken or fish really helps. I also have a calendar that tells me what I'm eating and what workout I'm doing that day. This has helped me more than anything.
  • chinese food. i can't even go to the shopping plaza that the place is in.
  • I received this information in an email too. and I believed it until someone I sent it to (because at the end it does say to send to as many people as you can) told me to check snopes. And i don't see anywhere in the post that asks if it is true, they are just posting random stuff that CAN and WILL confuse people. Also, I…
