Question about 30 Day Shred
What do you list it under in your exercise log? I have been listing it as 18 minutes of general aerobics, but I've been reading that some people log it as circuit training. Any input would be great, as I don't have a HRM.

Giving blood and exercising
So, kinda spin off from another thread, should you exercise the same day you give blood? I guess yoga and pilates would be ok, but would walking and running?

Question for runners
I see so many articles about what to eat AFTER a run, but when/what should I eat before my walk/run? For example, I ate a banana at 3:00pm and plan on running at 6:30pm with 20 minutes of yoga preceding. Should I eat something again to fuel my exercise, or is it something that is different for everyone?

LOL Subway commercial!!
I know Subway isn't the healthiest of foods, but I LOVE their new commercial. For those who havent seen it, it shows a guy in a hammock stuffing his face with a burger, and then falling through the hammock. I think of this commercial everytime I feel like cheating on my diet!!! Believe it or not, it helps.

Ok before I start let me just say I did search the boards and read all the Q&As and I didn't find this, so if it is out there somewhere I tried, please don't flame me.
