  • If you believe that drinking cold water can turn oily stuff hard, IMO you are an idiot. as soon as the water hits your tongue it heats up and is body temp by the time it hits your stomach. please don't post random health stuff here without at least checking on snopes first.
  • I have to eat my exercise calories. If I don't eat within about 100 calories of my daily amount, it tells me I am going into starvation mode.

  • I just joined too, congrats on making the choice! I kept a written food journal for about a month before I joined here, but I LOVE this one! It calculates everything, even generic brands I thought they wouldn't have! Just remember to record EVERYTHING and if you stumble...just get back up and on the path!
  • I am actually getting ready to do Core Solutions and I also have Cardio Blast. They kick my butt everytime.

  • thanks for words of encouragement!!! I think the hardest thing for me is my roommates, they love going out for dinner or bringing home fast food. after a long day at work and working out, its very tempting to just get something fast instead of cooking myself. That and soda, I have a horrible addiction to soda.
