Life is crazy right now and have missed a few days here and there on Level 2. Got up this morning and was going to skip it again, I had already missed 2 days in a row, but hubby told me not to quit! So I pressed play and completed L2D9. Happy that tomorrow I can do the last day of Level 2 and move on. So even if you've…

I'm still on the wagon, but boy I can see how easy it is to fall off! In Level 1 I was pumped to do my workout every day and get it out of the way in the morning, but with Level 2 I'm struggling to "make time" to do it. I have continued with my daily workouts (haven't skipped a day, and today is L2D4), but I think I'm more…

Also, a lot of the soreness is gone, so I think for the 2nd half of…

L1D3 complete ! I also tried the push-ups off the wall suggestion and I'll continue to do that for the next few days! Thanks!

L1D1 done .. but dissapointed that I let myself get this out of shape! I started 30DS before, and was feeling good after about 2 weeks in, but fell off the wagon. I figured this time would be a breeze since I just completed a C25K program and I'm now jogging for 30 minutes a couple times a week. Wrong! I wasn't doing any…
