I started Level 1 on Saturday and could not finish. My head was throbbing and my legs were killing me. My legs hurt for 3 days after.
So I tried it again last night. A lot better. I have problems with my lower back/spine so it is hard to do the floor exercises but I am trying.
Is it best to do the Shred 30 days straight or to break it up?0 -

It took me 2 months to finish. Couldn't. Do it back to back with my weight training, so did it 2 to 3 times a week.0
