Finished Level 1 Day 8! My boyfriend sat down on the couch to watch the video while I was working out. Now the theme song is stuck in his head! Ha, that's what he gets for just watching instead of joining in!

    L1D10 done, finally!!!!! On to L2 :)
  • I started Level 1 on Saturday and could not finish. My head was throbbing and my legs were killing me. My legs hurt for 3 days after.

So I tried it again last night. A lot better. I have problems with my lower back/spine so it is hard to do the floor exercises but I am trying.

Is it best to do the Shred 30 days straight or to break it up?

It took me 2 months to finish. Couldn't. Do it back to back with my weight training, so did it 2 to 3 times a week.
