i schedule my work outs like there another class or work. i make time in my schedule to do it. i prefer mornings because then i'm energized and ready for the day. then i do drop in zumba later in the evening about 5 or 6 depending on the day. hope this helps. :)

well first off good luck on your journey. if you stick your mind to it you'll be able to accomplish anything. :) maybe drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water or more might help and have you considered weight lifting? also being within your calorie range should help too. feel free to add me. :)

hey guys, i'm also in your same boat. i'm 21 and in college. even though i'm home for the summer during the school year i found it tough. so i'm hoping to lose half of what i want while i'm home so i can start getting into good habits so when i'm back at school i can continue on with them there. feel free to add me. :)

start out slow. make sure to drink the recommened 8 glasses of water or more. be active for a minimum 30-60 minutes every day. eat small meals and eat healthy. cut out junk food and pop.

hey i know exactly how you feel! most of my weight is on my stomach too and i dread everytime somebody asks me when i'm due or how far along i am. (i've never been pregnant) i'll be your support buddy, add me. :)

sweetie, you are not overweight. what your boyfriend did to you was crap and totally unacceptable! you should do it for you and not for anybody else. i'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 125 and that's healthy for me.
