I am here because my boyfriend is disgusted by my body. He once touched my stomach and had to throw up. I am 125 pounds and 5 foot 6.
If anyone is in a similar situation I would love to hear from you

Well, I don't have the problem of the boyfriend (which personally if he loves you, then what he did was crap!). But January of 2010, I weighed 310 pounds...diabetes and whatnot was starting to become apparent in the family and stuff, so I knew I had to lose! I got down to 188, then gradually back up to right around 200. I am 5'8"...and I got 75 pounds on you. Now provided, I have a heavy frame, I'm not made to be small. And my boyfriend has absolutely no issues with my weight. I am a fairly healthy 200 pounds (and no matter what people tell you, it is possible.) You look to be fairly tiny from you're picture. I have a friend that I'm very close to that is your height and your weight and she's very small...small enough that she may could tone some, but there isn't any fat to lose. I'm sure you are close to the same way...there is no way you can possibly get much smaller without being too skinny for your size. So maybe you should tell your boyfriend to shove it...that he should love you the way you are, that physically, whether you are 125 or 250. you are still you. Cause if he was mine, and he would have told me that, I would have thrown a punch and said adios!0

I am not in a similar situation, but I wish you welcome all the same.
I must say, I am surprised that anyone could have such a strong reaction to someone else's stomach, especially the stomach of a person they love.
Whatever your goals, I hope you find a happy and healthy way to reach them.

Sweety you are not overweight, why not go to a gym and do some toning exercise and see what a difference it makes. What does he want you to be, anorexic!!! If he really loved you he would take you as you are. You ar kahump a beautiful young woman who deserves to be treated with respect.0 -
You should do this for YOU, not for anyone else. No offence, but if he seriously threw up, he is the one that needs some help. Your goal of 105 sounds very low and I'd be concerned about you aiming for that through un-healthy practices. Just try and be healthy and fit, don't focus on a certain number. All the best to you!0

sweetie, you are not overweight. what your boyfriend did to you was crap and totally unacceptable! you should do it for you and not for anybody else. i'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 125 and that's healthy for me.0

The only thing you need to lose is the so called boyfriend. You are at a healthy weight for your height, and the only thing you *might* need is to pick up some really heavy stuff and put it back down (weight training, that is).0
