I mix two tablespoons of Nutella with about 3/4 of a cup of plain greek yogurt and use it as a dip for apples (this amount makes 2 servings). Sometimes I add a little bit of dry cheesecake flavored pudding mix to it as well. It's amazing.

There are tons of body weight strength exercises you can do - squats, lunges, push ups, tricep dips, etc. You can also get a set of 5lb weights or a resistance band for under $20 that you can do countless strength exercises with.

^This. It took me about 6 months to do the ten-week program. I repeated weeks often, and if I had missed a few weeks I would only go back a week or two, instead of going all the way back to the beginning. If you stick with it you will get there!
