Wow! I do the same thing. The minute I started getting compliments and fit back into "some" of my clothes I got comfortable. I'm still working to get back on track. It's not easy getting back on.

Hi! I haven't done Tough Mudder myself but my co-worker did the last one in November. It was tough but he finished and didn't even have much time to "train". Try adding some protein like eggs or even almond butter to your toast. Also, if there's too much time between when you eat your breakfast and lunch try adding a snack in between like a few almonds with a piece of fruit.

Suggestion: Since it is an activity that you love to do and it is helping you work towards your goal, maybe you can spend the money on the class and sacrifice another one of your expenses for a while.

Wow!! That was fast! Thank you everyone! It all makes sense. It's a situation where I knew but needed some perspective. I'm excited now! The stress is tough but I'm thinking a better diet will help with mental clarity which will in turn address some of the stress. It's all cyclical isn't it.
