I started PiYo on Monday. I can tell that I have been neglecting that part of training-flexibility/stretching. I got pretty sore after Sweat. Anyway, if anyone want to add me I would love to provide support!!

I have family members with gluten sensitivity & dairy intolerances. Unfortunately, she is has to go to Whole Foods to get a lot of their groceries. But some ideas would be almond milk cheese, rice cheese or soy cheese in place of your cow's milk cheese. And our local grocery store (HEB) has a small selection on gluten free…
